# Get help

* **Contact us** through [trypekto.com/contact](https://www.trypekto.com/contact).
* Include the `request_id` from the error (or the `X-Request-Id` response header), the endpoint or MCP tool, and roughly when it happened.
* Never send your API key. If you think a key has leaked, revoke it in **Settings → Developer** first.
